Our Pastor

We at the St. Thomas Reformed Church take the reformed understanding of the "priesthood of all believers" seriously.

All who participate in the life of our church are in a very real sense "ministers".

Our pastor is the Rev. Jeffrey Gargano who has served in St. Thomas since August 1995.

Prior to his call to St. Thomas, Jeff served as the pastor of the Reformed Church of Cortlandtown in Montrose, NY. He has also done youth ministry in Nome, Alaska and San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the mid 1980's Jeff and his wife, Moira, taught English and American Studies at the Yan Bian University in Yanji, China. They both continue to have keen interest in China studies and travel.

Christian Education Directors

Georgeann McNicholas is the director of our education program to young people. Weekly Sunday School attendance averages sixty children but there are more than one hundred young people ministered to during the course of a year. Many fine volunteers help us to make the Sunday School one of the most dynamic ministries in the church.
